How does it know when my return window ends?
It reads the receipt you save: a printed “return by” date if there is one, or the return period printed on it. It shows you what it found and offers a reminder a few days before. You can always change the date.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Hey Bungee works the moment you open it.
Does it upload my receipts or photos?
No. Reading, reminders and answers happen on your iPhone, and there is no Hey Bungee server. If you turn on iCloud sync with Plus, your saves go to your own iCloud account, not to us.
How does the Move-in kit help me get my deposit back?
It walks you room by room through about twenty move-in photos, puts each move-out photo next to its move-in photo, and reminds you when your deposit is typically due back in your state. With Plus you can export everything as one dated deposit packet. It’s a record, not legal advice.
What is free and what is Plus?
Saving, reading, reminders, asking, the Move-in photo walk and deposit deadlines are free. Plus adds PDF proof packets (deposit, insurance claim, car service history) and iCloud sync. Plus is free for 30 days, then $34.99 a year or $7.99 a month.
What happens if I stop paying for Plus?
Nothing you saved is locked or deleted. Packets you already made stay yours, and export is always free.
Can it keep other things too?
Yes. Any photo, PDF or note you share is kept and searchable. Bungee is simply built for the papers that have a date in them.
Which iPhones does it work on?
iPhones with a current version of iOS. Summaries written by Apple Intelligence appear on iPhones that support it; everything else works on all of them. Bungee speaks English and Spanish.
