Best Buy return policy: how long do you have?
The Best Buy return window for most things, the exceptions that are shorter, and what to bring, read from Best Buy’s own policy page.
Best Buy gives most products a 15-day return window, counted from the day you receive the product. My Best Buy Plus and My Best Buy Total members get 60 days on most products.

When the clock starts
The return period starts the day you receive the product, not the day you ordered it. A TV delivered on a Sunday is due back by the Monday two weeks later.
Receipts and lookups
A receipt or packing slip makes an in-store return faster. Without proof of purchase, Best Buy says a return may be refused, limited, or refunded as store credit.
Don’t lose the window
Fifteen days is two weekends. If something might not fit the wall, the car or the room, check it the day it arrives.
