Nordstrom return policy: how long do you have?
The Nordstrom return window for most things, the exceptions that are shorter, and what to bring, read from Nordstrom’s own policy page.
Nordstrom says there are no time limits for returns or exchanges; it handles them case by case. Marketplace sellers set their own windows.

When the clock starts
There is no general deadline, but Marketplace items have their own return-by date in your order history.
Receipts and lookups
A receipt or order number helps Nordstrom find your purchase fastest. Without a sale record, a refund may come as a gift card at the current price.
What can’t be returned
Gift cards. Car seats must be returned unopened, and fine jewelry can’t be returned by mail.
Don’t lose the window
No limit doesn’t mean no rules: keep the receipt, or the refund may be a gift card at today’s price.
Let the receipt remind you
