Lowe’s return policy: how long do you have?
The Lowe’s return window for most things, the exceptions that are shorter, and what to bring, read from Lowe’s’s own policy page.
Lowe’s gives most new, unused merchandise 90 days with a receipt. TVs and electronics get 30 days; major appliances, generators and pressure washers just 48 hours.

When the clock starts
Lowe’s counts from the date of purchase.
Receipts and lookups
Returns with valid proof of purchase are refunded to the original payment method.
Don’t lose the window
Forty-eight hours is not a weekend project. Test a generator or a pressure washer the day you bring it home.
